Lincoln Sudbury Friends of Music (LSFOM) invites all parents of music students and community members to the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 6th at 7 pm at LSRHS in the cafeteria.
Join us to get information, talk to board members, have your questions answered, meet fellow music program supporters and learn about opportunities to get involved. There will be committee reports, a review of open positions, nominations and elections. Note that Board members may be elected from and among the members of LSFOM, Parents of L-S Musicians and the community at large. We look forward to seeing you there! About LSFOM
The Lincoln-Sudbury Friends of Music is a parent-led non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing funding, programs, and opportunities which complement and extend the instrumental and vocal music curriculum at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. We raise funds, provide logistical support, publicize music events, and advocate for a strong, vibrant program within the Lincoln-Sudbury community. Friends of Music provides funding for:
- Master classes and guest artists
- Commissioned works (for our musical groups)
- Needs-based scholarships for private music instruction
- Travel to competitions/performances
- Purchase of, maintenance/repair of instruments/music not funded by school budget
Friends of Music seeks to provide balanced funding for enrichment opportunities that address the needs and interests of music students at L-S.
